Pain Hustlers Actors Experience and Behind The Scenes

Netflix’s new movie, Pain Hustlers hit the streaming service on October 27th. If you watched this crime drama and wondered what exactly went into making this movie, you’re definitely not alone. This movie was inspired by a single article that director, David Yates read about the opioid crisis in the US. Yates new immediately that he had to translate this story for the screen. The main characters in Pain Hustlers are played by superstars, Emily Blunt and Chris Evans, and these characters were inspired by multiple different real people. It took a lot to make these characters feel real – from authentic costumes to major discussions of the characters’ morality. In building these characters, though, the minds behind Pain Hustlers made a truly unique film with an important message.
