Two orchestra artists are summoned by Inspector Chandramukhi for creating disturbance near her area after 10PM. She is boggled when they present a permission letter with her signatures on it. Further, a woman approaches Makkhan whose bag has been stolen. A Casanova Makkhan tries to impress her by misusing his authority over Gulgule. He insults him and instructs Gulgule to dance and entertain the female. Further, when Inpsector Chandramukhi learns of Makkhans egoistic acts decides to teach him a lesson.
