Helicopter taking off from Roman Abramovic's Eclipse superyacht

While on a small cruise ship in Croatia, we turned into a cove to have a swim and were greeted by Eclipse. It was later joined by another superyacht called "Kaiser".

I'd appreciate any help figuring out who owns the Kaiser, because my searches aren't turning up any good info.
