Eating 6-MONTH OLD Lime Water Preserved Eggs - fried, whipped, baked - How do they taste?

Back in May when my chickens were laying like crazy, I preserved a dozen eggs in a solution of pickling lime and 6 months later I'm going to taste the results. How will they taste? Will they bake-up the same? Can I make a meringue? Let's find out!
