Is Escape From Tarkov ANY GOOD?

The first video of the game Escape from Tarkov, this is my first look at the game Escape From Tarkov, I picked up the game in 2018 and have since then been playing on and off, join me in exploring the far regions of Tarkov and its many up and downsides.

I plan on doing more of these "first impression" videos in the future, not only about gaming and games but also other relevant stuff, there's also multiple Escape from Tarkov videos planned in the future.
