Hi darlings! I'm so excited to share the very first digital painting video on my channel 😁 In today's digital painting time lapse of an ethereal cloud goddess, I am using the Autodesk Sketchbook App on the PicassoTab, an Android Tablet from Simbans which is a much more affordable alternative to the iPad Pro/Procreate. I usually only use the digital medium to make quick mockups and concept sketches to plan for my oil paintings, so this is actually my first painting in YEARS where I actually tried to use digital tools to make a polished and complete piece of artwork. Since I am still relatively new to this medium, you will be able to see me make a lot of mistakes in this video, which I think is actually quite helpful for a beginner's tutorial (and hopefully this is a somewhat realistic representation of what it's like to get started with digital painting haha).
