How to make a leather bag with wooden sides

Format: PDF + CDR (v13)

It’s not a job for beginners, you should know how to work with leather. But, if you are brave enough, you’ll make it even if you don’t know much things! Just be careful on the details and feel free to ask anything!

I deliver not only the PDF with patterns, but also the vectors in Corel Draw (v13) for direct laser cut on leather.
You can scale it if you want, but do it only at your own risk.

Materials:
Any type of dense leather 2.0-2.3 mm thick - 450*950 mm
Pigskin lining - 450*950 mm
Aluminum or steel strip - 30*245 mm
Texon or talin - 90*250 mm
Wooden sides - 90*201 mm (2 pieces)

Accessories:
Square rings 20 mm - 2 pc
Bucle 25 mm - 1 pc
Small bag lock

Speed rivets 5 mm
Actually, i use here soft leather, but put some EVA foam to keep the shape. Soon i will upload another video how to do it, if you want to use some thin or soft leather. So, if you'll use a thick leather, just follow the steps.
