These are some tires and wheels from RBR/C. They come in silver (raw I believe) and this black set and they seem to be full cnc aluminium. The tires seem to be just like the old d90 kit tires and what they are including in the newer model RTRs they released. Although not to sure but they feel more grippy than the original mn model tires while being physically identical in the looks department.
