KREMSNITA - RECEPT
KORE-
250 gr maslaca
250 gr brasna
1 dcl mlijeka
50 gr secera u prahu
1 zl arome vanilije
Par kapi bijelog octa
- pjenasto izmiksari omeksali maslac sa secerom, vanilijom i octom. Dodati brasno i mlijeko. Umijesiti glatko tijesto. Ostaviti nekoliko satu u hladnjak da ocvrsne. ohladjeno podijeliti na 3 dijela i valjati tanke kore koje pecemo na poledjini tepsije- na 180-200* manje od 5 min- da ostanu svijetle.
PRVI DIO KREME
2 l. punomasnog mlijeka
12 zumanjaka
200 gr gustina
350 gr secera
4 kom vanilin secera
1 cep ruma
- skuhati klasicnu kremu i staviti na hladjenje.
DRUGI DIO KREME
8 dcl Vrhnja za slag
2 kom dolcela slag kreme od vanilije
3 kom instant zelatine dr. Oetker
- u ohladjen prvi dio kreme dodati cvrsto umiksan drugi dio kreme, i otopljenu zelatinu.
Podijeliti na dva dijela i slagati na kore. Ostaviti da se dobro ohladi- najbolje preko noci- posipati secerom u prahu- rezati i uzivati! Mmmm u slast ❤️😘
Cream- pie-
Dough
250 gr of room temp butter
250 gr of all purpose flower
1 dcl of milk
50 gr of powdered sugar
1 spoon of vanilla extract
Few drops of alcohol white vinegar
Mix the ingredients and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours. When cold- separate into 3 equal parts anr roll as thin ss you can- 3 layers (dimensions 30/40) bake on 180-200*C just abot 5 min. To remain white.
First part of the cream-
2 l of full fat milk
12 egg yolks
200 gr of starch or vanilla pudding
350 gr of sugar
4 bags of vanilla sugar
1 tabelspoon of dark rum
Cook the cream like a pudding and mix all to have no lumps- let it cold- and add a second part of the cream
Second part of the cream
8 dcl of whipped cream
2 bags of vanilla flavored cream powder for cakes
3 bags of instant gelatin
- make gelatin as instructed with water
Whipped the cream and add a vanilla cream powder- it will become a firm creamy filling- than add that mixture into first part of cream/ mix well all together- in the and add a melted gelatine and again mix all thorully until you get perfect uniformed cream.
In a bakeing tray dimensins 30/40 put the first layer of crust- and add a half of cream- put second crust- and add another half of cream- end it all with a third crust. Leave for a couple of hours in the fridge to set, dust the top with icing sugar and cut into nice pieces. It cuts perfect and it’s creamy and delicios .
