Restaurants across America are reopening, but are now facing a new crisis: While hungry diners are returning, millions of unemployed chefs, waiters and bartenders are not. Many restaurants and bars aren’t offering wages that stack up against what these workers get in unemployment insurance, but one restaurant is trying to entice potential employees with cold hard cash. Martin Robles is offering a $200 bonus for anyone who stays just 60 days at his ChickenHeadz restaurant in San Diego.
