Biden administration to unveil plan to combat domestic terrorism
Attorney General Merrick Garland will speak Tuesday about the Biden administration's new plan to take on domestic terrorism and extremism. CBS News chief justice and homeland security correspondent Jeff Pegues gave Anne-Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers a preview of the new policy on CBSN.
