Pumpkin Whoopie Pie Recipe My Mother In Law Uses:
2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp. Cinn
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups Pumpkin
3 cups flour
Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Combine remaining ingredients, add to egg mixture. Drop on cookie sheets
and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 mins.
Use icing you like!
