the filling of the khova or reduced milk solids shine in this dessert puff that isn’t overly sweet. Rs100 7/10

HYDERABADI MUTTON HALEEM
A wholesome dish, this haleem is velvety, gooey and is crowned with fried onions, mint and lemon juice. The twang of the lemon and texture from the onion helps cut through the richness. Rs 250 8/10

QUBANI KI MEETHA
This Hyderabadi speciality is a rich and pulpy apricot dessert laced with a hint of saffron. The sugary goodness makes the perfect accompaniment to the haleem. Rs 190. 7/10

PAYA WITH NAAN
This gelatinous, warm and nourishing stew made with lamb trotters is to be enjoyed steaming hot with some naan! Rs150. 8/10

NALLI NIHARI
The slow cooked, rich nihari is superbly flavourful. You can tell that the gravy has been cooked for hours to intensify the deliciousness! Rs 350. 10/10
