Testing rear parking sensors using a multimeter

How to test a single sensor using a multimeter. This is a generic video, but the sensor tested is from my Peugeot 307cc. The resistance between all pin combinations can be measured, but it seems from personal experience and trawling the web, that the most common fault is an open circuit between pins 1 and 2. The resistance on your pins 1 and 2 may be different, but an open circuit indicates a dead sensor.
