Hello beautiful people!!! I hope you are all doing swell :). In this video I show you what I ate during the last week of September. I filmed this but never got around to editing it, but I finally I did this past weekend! I hope you enjoy the video and maybe get some food inspiration perhaps?
Also, before I say anything else I hope that you guys really get that this video is for “inspiration”. Maybe I eat more than you or maybe I eat less than you! TBH when I was filming this video sometimes I’d be like: “oh no it seems like I’m eating too little maybe I should add more food for filming purposes because I don’t want people to think I'm restricting myself” or “ wow it looks like I’m adding too much food on my plate people won’t think this is healthy then”.
There were tons of thoughts like that going through my brain but then I was like WAIT hold up. Why am I thinking about what other people are thinking about what I eat?? To fuel my own body???
I guess what I’m trying to say is that everyone’s bodies are different and we all need to include different things in our diets to keep us feeling energized and at our best. This isn’t how I eat every week, but this is how I ate in this particular week doing the activities that I did.
I hope I’m not rambling too much and I hope I semi got my point across? Hahahaha. Anyway, thanks for reading up to here if you did :). I appreciate it a lot and I hope ya enjoy the video and have a great dayyy!
