*HEALTHY COOKIE RECIPE*
preheat oven to 375 F
NEED:
2 tbs coconut oil (soft not melted)
3 tbs pure maple syrup
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
as many chocolate chips as your heart desires (mine craves a lot)
MIX: coconut oil, maple syrup, and egg
ADD: almond flour, baking soda, salt, vanila extract
COMBINE: chocolate chips
BAKE: 8-15 min
