DP Killed and Director Injured After Alec Baldwin Fires Prop Gun

A director of photography is dead and a movie director injured after actor Alec Baldwin discharged a prop gun on a movie set in New Mexico. Santa Fe County Sheriff’s say the western movie set was locked down as deputies investigated the shooting. Alec Baldwin reportedly fired a prop gun, killing the film’s director of photography, Halyna Hutchins. The Sheriff's Office said the investigation "remains open and active" and no charges have been filed.
