MXL 550 and MXL 551 Microphone Review / Test (is this inexpensive condenser kit any good?)

Today, I have The MXL 550 and MXL 551 in the studio! Both of these mics are Condenser microphones with cardioid polar patterns. One is meant for vocals (550) and the other is meant for instruments (551). Sadly, I didn’t get to do as many instrument tests as I wanted to, do to my vox needing new tubes, but if anyone wants a 551 guitar cab test I would be happy to film another section and send the link!
