Joel Swenson: : that is the factory reset try that: if that does not work try this: 1.
Joel Swenson: : Wake the dryer up by pressing any button but “cancel”.
Joel Swenson: : 2.
Joel Swenson: : Press and hold the “cancel” and “start pause” buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to show the last error code recorded.
Joel Swenson: : The error code will appear in the display as an E followed by two numbers.
Joel Swenson: : NOTE: E00 means no failure code experienced.
Joel Swenson: : if none of the above works then the board on the dryer has failed and will need to be replaced.

JustAnswer Customer: I have tried unplugging and also flipping the circuit breaker as well.
JustAnswer Customer: This worked last time but not this time.
JustAnswer Customer: Control panel flashes on and right back off.
JustAnswer Customer: Light in the dryer is on, when the door is open.
Joel Swenson: : so nothing works on the control board?
Joel Swenson: : did you try to do the factory reset?
Joel Swenson: : you should at least be able to get error codes of the board, unless it's just shot.
JustAnswer Customer: I had my son just try the reset as well as try to read the error codes and neither worked.
JustAnswer Customer: Control panel just flashes on for a split second and then right back off
Joel Swenson: : ok then the control board that supplies power to the user interface is dropping out which means its bad it needs to be replaced: Dryer Electronic Control Board Part #: 13724990 that is what will have to be done to fix the dryer.

JustAnswer Customer: Actually went home and re-tried resetting the dryer.
JustAnswer Customer: Each time I did it, the panel flashed on a little longer.
JustAnswer Customer: Fourth try, it did actually reset itself.
