Jennie Carr, who captured footage of a duck boat capsizing on a lake in Branson, Missouri, joins TODAY to detail the tragic accident that left 11 people dead. “I prayed and I cried, there was nothing you can do,” Carr recalled. “I’m sad – I want to help, but I can’t help. It was really sad that I knew some of those people weren’t going to get to go home”.
