Diagnose LG Front-load Washer - IE Error Code

If you have a front-load LG Washer that flashes an "IE" error code, you could have a problem with water inlet system or water fill level. Check to make sure there are no obstructions in either the washer soap dispensing tray or the washer inlet valve screens. Once clear, try running an empty load with a cup of vinegar to break apart any remaining debris. Hopefully the problems with your washer are external. Make sure you turn the water off to your washer before you get started checking the hoses. Good luck!
