Let's take a look inside this PZEM-061 AC Power Meter.

Capacitive dropper power supply, 1uF/275V cap
Fuse, diode bridge and 5V and 3.3V regulator circuitry under the large cap.

5/8" (16mm ) ID current transformer
10A = 10mA ratio
~100 ohm sense resistor.
