MTY variable fan speed controllers - How to connect?

How to connect Sentera MTY variable fan speed controllers? The Sentera MTY electronic fan speed controllers regulate the speed of single-phase voltage controllable motors by varying the motor voltage via phase angle control (Triac technology). The output voltage towards the motor can be manually regulated via the central knob from minimum to maximum (80 – 230 VAC). This knob also has an OFF position. Its functionality is: OFF – minimum speed – maximum speed. The minimum speed can be adjusted via an internal trimmer (80 - 180 VAC). The series feature an unregulated output for connecting a valve, run indicator lamp, damper, etc. The enclosure can be used for inset mounting (IP44) or surface mounting (IP54).
