60 MINUTES PURE AVIATION - Airbus A380, Boeing 747, Ilyushin IL76, Antonov AN124 ...

60 Minutes pure aviation for those of you who enjoy watching aviation videos every day. Today we are travelling back to 2016 and I would like to show you my favorite clips from that year. Some Airbus A380 can be seen back in the days when there were still many of them flying around. I even cought the Malaysian Airbus A380 once at Paris CDG. While the traffic in 2021 is quite bad right now I enjoy looking back to previous years when the aviation industry was still going strong. Also the special liveries where quite impressive during that time, especially the Airbus A340-600 of Etihad in Formula 1 colours and the A330-300 in the Visit Abu Dhabi special scheme.
During that time my homeport Düsseldorf had 12 long haul operators and right now just Emirates is left. Hard to say if and when the other operators will return to Düsseldorf. Singapore and Etihad already announced they won` t return to the Airport. As of now Emirates plans to bring back the Airbus A380 in fall 2021.
