Dremel Multi Max MM45...Cut Drywall, Wood, Metal & More

If you're looking for one power tool that can cut, sand, and grind then oscillating multi tools are the answer. Today we look at Dremel's Multi Max MM45, do some tests, and see if it's a good tool.

The MM45 comes with a variety of different accessories that cut wood, metal, PVC, ABS, and more. Also, it has a sanding accessory and different sanding pads for paint projects.

The QuickLock mechanism makes changing accessories easy. And the variable speed motor goes from 10,000 oscillations per minute to 21,000 OPMs.

We did three tests. Test 1 was cutting through drywall with the Jab Saw accessory - which was cool. Test 2 cut through a piece of laminate. And Test 3 cut through 1/2" copper pipe.
