You-ser centered design: Danny Nou at TEDxUCDavis

Ergonomics is often associated with comfy shoes, but in this illuminating talk, Danny Nou explains how it is so much more. By focusing on how you actually use something, we can create products that are easier to use, more satisfying, and ultimately better experiences.

Danny Nou is a self-proclaimed innovator and human interface design advocate. He is currently the Ergonomics Program Administrator at the University of California, Davis. After conducting extensive work in the medical device industry, he returned back to the place where his career began at UC Davis. He has ambitions to create, educate, promote, and build user friendly products and solutions -that is, if marrying varios celebrity crushes proves impossible.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
