Composing film music live (loop recording) | Peder B. Helland

I have recently purchased a new MIDI keyboard which makes it possible to change instruments on my software directly from the keyboard. This makes it possible to basically use the keyboard as a loop pedal and layer more and more sounds on top of it.

I thought it was fun to play around with this feature so I decided to film a video where I play an improvisation with a few instruments I selected before recording. It took a few tries to get this recording, since I'm still not used to changing the instruments that quickly with the knob.
