Greenhouse Waste Oil Boiler Room

Werribee farm's 4 x 250kW manifolded hydronic heating system. Piping in gal steel, joining with Roll Groove couplers and fittings. Floor heating via 32mm steel tubes with an average temperature of 50C. Two 8,000 square meter greenhouses. Each house has 72 floor circuits [32mm] of 90m length. Tube temperature managed with on-off injection into a hydraulic separator seen in the video. The legacy boiler was a 3,000 kW coal heater. The legacy system had several design flaws especially in the distribution manifolds & temperature management which were largely overcome.
