CCTV: Police officer saved by handcuffed teenager in Florida

A handcuffed teenager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, helps save the life of a police officer. CCTV footage shows Jamal Rutledge being booked at a police station when the officer processing his case suddenly collapses from a heart attack. Rutledge begins shouting and kicking a security door to alert other officers who soon arrive and perform CPR. The teenager and other men will be honoured in a ceremony next week.
