How to Make Smash Burgers on the Griddle

Here's a guide to one of the best burgers I've made. A simple traditional smash burger made on the griddle. The best part about cooking burgers on a griddle is you don't lose all of the marbling that renders off and the burgers just sit there and sear away in a pile of their own juices. BEST BURGER EVER!
