This video is made for Dr. Ayzenberg's patients who undergo arthroscopic or open shoulder surgery. The exercises here are meant to be done the first week after surgery until your post-operative visit. If any of these exercises cause significant pain, or if you are confused as to how to do them safely, please contact the office to clarify the technique.
