Hey Lovely people!
This video is not to encourage anyone to go out and eat junk food. This video is to show you just how much calories can “add up” when youre not wary of what you put into your body.
This has defo been one of the most difficult videos I have made but it was an experiment to see how my body would feel and react.
Today is July 1st (The next day) and I truly feel really uncomfortable and lazy! Some may say one day of eating bad cant surly create an impact and yes you are right my body looks the same but I feel very different!
