Massive tree crushes a home and car in Monrovia

A couple and their dog are now without a home after a big tree fell on top of their house and car in Monrovia.

The home, which the couple rents, is now red-tagged.

After emergency workers rescued them out of the house, the residents were given only two hours to gather their belongings.

But why was one of the residents always afraid of the tree?
