From "The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.", I'm making Saiki's favourite dessert: Coffee Jelly.
Quick and easy with only 3 ingredients.

RECIPE (adapted from - funimation.com):

2 tbsp gelatin
4 tsp instant coffee powder
1/4 cup sugar
1L hot water (not boiling)

1. In a separate bowl, brew coffee by mixing coffee powder, sugar and water together.
2. In another bowl add the gelatin.
3. Slowly pour half the coffee onto the gelatin and mix immediately until well combined.
4. Stir in the rest of the coffee.
5. Pour jello mixture into dessert cups (around 4 cups)
6. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
7. Top with whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
