SOVIET THEME PARK in GEORGIA: First Impressions of Kutaisi

16/9/19 - Kutaisi, Georgia - We left the mountainous Mestia, Svaneti to go to Kutaisi. Here are our first impressions of the Kutaisi after spending our first day visiting a well-liked cafe, getting on a cable car to a Soviet theme park and visiting Bagrati Cathedral. We loved the people in Kutaisi and one sweet lady gave us some fruit just because she wanted to. We finished off in a local favourite for a beef kebab and bread: Bikentia’s, and then onto a wine bar to sample some more wine and cheese.
