10 BIZARRE Barbell Exercises
In this video we are taking it old school as I’m going to be demonstrating 10 bizarre barbell exercises used back in the day for both bodybuilding and strongman training. Some of these “forgotten” exercises are still used today while others have probably been “forgotten” for a reason.
