In this presentation, several different tips and strategies for getting a good night's sleep are presented. Many of the strategies offering are designed to improve an individual's overall sleep habits and patters. Some of the good night's sleeping tips include avoiding taking in blue light right before bedtime, not eating right before going to sleep, optimizing your bedroom (not eating on the bed, keeping the room clean, etc), having a set sleep schedule so that you can stay on track and maintain your circadian rhythm, and many many more. Nevertheless, this presentation is part of a health and wellness playlist brought to you by teachings in education.
