BMW 2004 K1200GT - Zero to 100 mph to zero

Video never does the real experience justice but I wanted to capture the power and thrill of a strong motorcycle accelerating to 100 mph and then braking back to zero. This is my 2004 BMW K1200GT with power-assisted ABS (and linked) brakes. Couple of things to notice. First, on the first run looking out the windshield I forgot to put my face shield down so I was distracted and shifted early out of first gear. Second, replay a couple of times and watch when I reach max speed and hit the brakes hard the horizon hardly moves. In other words, the front end doesn't dive at all. This is due to the BMW front telelever suspension. This was fun and owning the bike over the last 4 years and about 45,000 miles has been a blast. Highly recommended if you want to consider one.
