How to make the best Cheese cake in the whole world (Warning: Not really the best in the whole world)

Ingredients:

230 grams of Graham cracker crumbs (1 & 3/4 cup)
2 Tablespoons of sugar
4 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
4 Large eggs
900 grams of cream cheese (about 2 pounds)
270 grams of granulated sugar ( 1 & 1/3 cup)
160 ml sour cream (about 2/3 cup)
160 ml heavy whipping cream ( about 2/3 cup)
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract (for sour cream topping)
2 cups sour cream (for sour cream topping)
35 grams of powdered sugar (about 1/3 cup) (for sour cream topping)
Spring pan

Steps:

1 - Mix graham cracker crumbs with the salt, butter and sugar
2 - Place and push everything into the bottom of the spring pan
3 - Put the pan on a baking and place into oven. Bake at 350F degrees for 10 minutes
4 - Take pan out and wait for it to cool down, then wrap it in tin foil and let it cool
5 - Cut cream cheese into smaller pieces and place them in a bowl and mix for a few minutes until smooth and runny, then add the sugar to it
6 - Add the salt, then the vanilla extract, then the eggs, then the sour cream in that order and mix
7 - add the heavy cream and mix with the rest8 - put the tinfoil-wrapped pan in a baking pan
9 - boil 8 cups of water
10 - heat the pan to 325 degrees F
11 - pour the filling into the pan, then pour the hot boiling water into the pan, and then place in the oven (lower rack)12 - bake for 1 and half hours
13 - turn off the oven, open the door about 1 inch and let the heat out slowly
14 - chill cheese cake for about 4 hours or when you feel it’s cool enough
15 - place sour cream in a bowl and mix with sugar and vanilla extra, until its smooth
16 - spread sour cream on top of cheese case as desired
17 - serve

18 - if you end up burning the kitchen in some way, repeat steps 1 to 14 for better results
