Office 2010 Starter Install - No Internet Connection Fix

Applies to Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, & Windows 11 (all versions)

Office 2010 Starter Edition will not install.

The files required to setup Microsoft Office 2010 cannot be loaded. Check your internet connection and try again.

I will demonstrate how to work around the issue.

Sorry if I caused any confusion, I referred to the compatibility link as a "Patch", it is actually an UPDATE

*Note
On some systems the Ipv6 Protocol must be left unchecked
