Dave is joined by Mikhaila Peterson, Tom Merrick, and Tristan Harris to discuss how he’ll be focusing his time during August. Dave discusses how he should be eating and what kind of diet he should stick to with Mikhaila Peterson. Tristan Harris, ex-design ethicist at Google, discusses social media addiction, the benefits of a digital detox, and how social media apps like Snapchat and Twitter are addictive because of their use of ethical and unethical tricks. Tom Merrick, better known as the Bodyweight Warrior, will give tips on how to perfect your at home workout. Dave will also share his prediction for who will be Joe Biden’s VP pick and what he thinks he’ll miss out on in August (more violence). In September, Dave will come back on the grid live as a special guest host tells him all the news he's missed from the last month.
