Heinz Doofenshmirtz had a long and tragic backstory filled with neglectful, cruel, and sinister parents, horrible bullies, constant loneliness, and consistent rejection, but he rose out of all of that. When he moved from Drusselstein to America, Heinz kept pushing forward in his endeavors, found a passion, and became committed to it allowing him to rise to become the clumsy, hilarious, and nefarious villain that we knew him to be at the beginning of Phineas and Ferb.
