Significantly optimized for 16MHz AVR Arduino boards (2-3x faster than other libraries)
After recent optimizations (more AVR assembler) achieved 7.1 Mbps SPI transfer rate (at
DIV2/16MHz clock) for fill and copy from RAM operations
