I Tried A TEMU Art Set..is it a LEGO ART Knockoff??

Today I tried out an art set kit from a seller on Temu that seems like a knockoff of the sold out Lego Starry Night Art set! I BOUGHT and tried out both art kits and compared the $170 vs $20 version. Which is better? Is this a true knockoff or is it legit?
