Why am I Unable to Open my Washing Machine Door? | Electrolux - APAC

Need to take out clothes but found out that your washing machine door stuck? Don't worry. It might be caused by two reasons.

1. The washing machine experienced an error when it was running.
2. The washing machine experienced an error after it has finished running.

If your Electolux has a filter pump, here's how you can unlock the door:
1. If water supply is adequate at the same area of the door, turn off machine.
2. Unplug the washing machine.
3. Check the water temperature, it should not excced 40C4. tempareture.
4. Once completed, prepare a container for spillage.
5. Use a screwdriver and insert into the red strap.
6. Push tightly while pulling out the door.
7. Take out clothes carefully as there may still be hot water.
8. If still unresolved, note the model and serial number.
9. Call Consumer contact centre immediately.
