Olympic Airways 747 heavy take-off in Greek summer heatwave after aborted first try to take-off

Back in August 1993, during a heatwave (above 41°C) of the Greek summer and a full-capacity boarded 747-200 (SX-OAB) of Olympic Airways ready to take off from Ellinikon Airport in Athens with destination the JFK airport at New York.

The first take-off was abandoned due to some technical reason (A rejected takeoff is normally performed only if the aircraft's speed is below the takeoff decision speed known as V1, which for larger multi-engine airplanes is calculated before each flight).
Then, the aircraft headed to the technical base with the passengers inside the plane (these are the first scenes of the video) for some short technical check/maintenance.
After 30 minutes of delay, the aircraft tried its second and successful take off (this is the main part of this video). As you can notice, given that they airplane was full, we experienced a very heavy take-off.
The video has been captured from the middle seats of the last row of the lower deck. The passengers were quite nervous during the second take-off and fearful comments are made (in Greek).
Olympic Airways had an excellent safety record and the Lady of the Skies took off safely as expected.

It is interesting to spot that the second take-off starts close to the point that today the SX-OAB is stored.
