FBG Butta called the ongoing feud between the Gangster Disciples and the Black Disciples a "Hand Me Down War." He insinuated the persisting unrest and violence seemed like an inherited cycle that most involved don't fully grasp. He, along with his brother, are keen on pushing for change whilst acknowledging the complexity of the situation and the difficulty in achieving peace. Butta aims to incite growth and a drive to pursue better prospects among the community, bending away from the traditional aggression. Drawing a parallel to Philadelphia, which unified despite its challenges, he expressed hope to do the same in Chicago. Discussing the fight for individuality and status in this inherited conflict, Butta stressed the idea of legacy and a desperation for recognition previously achieved through association with notorious names, which now manifests in the form of clout-chasing.
