Jake Paul Responds To Dana White Calling Him Out

Jake Paul Responds To Dana White Calling Him Out

Over the past few months, Jake Paul has become the center of attention all over the media because of his personality outside the ring. Additionally, the YouTuber turned boxer is making statements with his in-ring performances, too. With that, he’s slowly developing the mastery of trash-talking. With that being said, the head of UFC, Dana White, is one of his biggest rivals, and the two have gone back and forth with each other multiple times. With his activities in the game, Paul has been an obvious center of attraction. But with that, he’s been on the receiving end of backlash coming from fans and even professional sports personalities such as Dana White.

So What did Dana White actually say about Jake Paul?
Joining the hit YouTube stars, NELK on the first episode of their new podcast, Full Send, Dana White slammed Jake Paul and his association with Showtime Boxing.

When asked if he would ever do business with Jake Paul, the UFC boss Dana White completely dismissed the possibility.

"I just don't see it happening. I don't hate the kid. Is he f***ing annoying? Yeah, he's annoying. He's out there trying to make that money, and his shelf life is very f***ing short," Dana White said.

"The schtick is getting old. I think for him to get the media back, he’s gonna have to fight somebody. They’re tired of the schtick. ‘Hey, it’s me, I weigh 190, and I want to fight these guys that weigh 170, 155, and they’re wrestling, and they’re 40 f*cking years old, and they haven’t won a fight in three f***ing years. If he wants to be taken seriously now by the real media, I think he needs to fight a real fight."

Dana White also called Showtime Boxing a "bottom of the barrel" promotion, the "f***ing s***can of pay-TV."

Last month, Paul talked on White’s recent claim that he wanted to sign with the industry-leading promotion and was rejected by the UFC exec.

“You may have bullied your way to controlling thousands of fighters careers...but I have never said I want to sign with the UFC...nor will I ever,” Paul wrote on Instagram. “Maybe I would consider letting you co-promote one of my events against a UFC champion like you did for Conor [McGregor] when he fought Floyd [Mayweather] ... because you wouldn’t let Conor actually do it himself without you taking your cut.”

During a recent interview with CNBC, White corrected a reporter who incorrectly linked Paul to the UFC, saying, “He wanted to sign with us – I wouldn’t sign him.”
