Here is a simple method to adjust your desk height if you use an electric sit stand desk.
Remember:
- if the desk is too high, you increase the risk of neck pain and shoulder pain
- if the desk is too low, you increase the risk of forearm pain, wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome.
