जीवन में हर तरह की परिस्थितियां आती हैं। कठोर और विषम परिस्थितियां अगर मनोबल तोड़ने का काम करती हैं तो वे सफलता के लिए और अधिक प्रयास और श्रम करने की प्रेरणा भी देती हैं। हमारे आज के Speaker Satish Anand जी के जीवन की कहानी इसी बात का अनुपम उदाहरण है। Gorakhpur के एक छोटे से गाँव से आने वाले Satish जी के परिवार की आर्थिक स्तिथि बहुत ख़राब थी। झोपड़ी गिरवी रखकर पिताजी ने Satish जी को गोरखपुर में CPMT की Coaching के लिए भेजा, लेकिन वे CPMT के Exam में सफल नहीं हो सके। घर से बेघर परिवार को सरकारी स्कूल के मैदान में Plastic Sheet से झोपड़ी बनाकर रहना पड़ा। लेकिन कुछ कर गुजरने और परिवार की आर्थिक सहायता करने की उम्मीद में Satish जी ने घर से भागने का निश्चय किया। लेकिन इन सभी चुनौतियों के बावजूद Satish जी ने हौसला नहीं खोया और अपनी लगन और मेहनत के बल पर अपनी Communication Skills पर काम किया और एक Domestic Call Center में नौकरी से अपनी शुरुआत करी। धीरे-धीरे सफलता की सीढ़ी पर चढ़ते गए Executive से Trainer और फिर Behavioral Trainer बने और आज वे एक Motivational Speaker और एक Writer हैं जिनकी लिखी किताब भारत की Best Selling Books में से एक है। Josh Talks प्रस्तुत करता है Satish Anand जी की संघर्षों, मुश्किलों, दृढ़ता, जूनून, सफलता, और Josh की कहानी ….

Dire situations can break the morale and push you into the vortex of hopelessness, but they can also be a motivation, and inspiration to work even harder to change the circumstances. Our today’s speaker Satish Anand has the story of his life which is the epitome of the thought above. Hailing from a small village in the district of Gorakhpur, his family had a very poor financial condition.They all used to live in a mudhouse next to a road that his father had to mortgage only to send Satish to Gorakhpur for CPMT preparation. However, Satish couldn't succeed in the examination and his family was unable to arrange financial aid for his second attempt and another year of coaching. The family lost their home and was forced to make a temporary roof from plastic sheets in the playground of the government school under which the whole family was now residing. However, during the darkest of times, he kept on working on his communication skills and eventually got a job in a domestic call center. That commenced the Success story of Satish Ji, he became a trainer and then a behavioral trainer. Today he is a motivational speaker and a writer, whose book is among the best-selling books in India.
